Support Usage Rules
Who Can Use This Support?
Any student or doctoral candidate with medical documentation confirming special needs and a specialist doctor’s justification for specific living conditions in student dormitories.
How Long Can I Use This Support?
During the period of studies at the Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral levels, as well as in the Doctoral School.
How Often Can I Use This Support?
Accommodation in a student dormitory is granted for the period from the move-in date until June 30 of the given academic year.
Can I Use This Support During Dean’s or Medical Leave?
Yes.
Please note that individuals with special needs, including those with a certificate of disability, must submit applications for SINGLE ROOMS STARTING MAY 2025 directly to the Department of Accessibility.
The number of single rooms is limited. The committee carefully evaluates the health condition and/or functional ability of applicants and allocates rooms adapted to special needs based on that assessment. Therefore, we kindly ask you to submit complete medical documentation confirming your current health condition and/or functional abilities.
