Psychological Counseling

Psychological Support for Staff and PhD Students within the Psychological Support and Mediation Department at PWr

Everyday life can be demanding. Stress, pressure, difficult emotions, or challenges in relationships can make us feel overwhelmed. Sometimes, a sincere conversation and a fresh perspective on the situation are enough to find a solution. That’s why we offer psychological counseling – a safe space where you can receive support, understanding, and help in coping with difficulties.
