Extra Leave

Every employee with a certificate of significant or moderate disability is entitled to an additional vacation leave of 10 working days per calendar year. The right to the first additional leave is acquired after one year of employment following the issuance of a certificate of one of these disabilities.
However, additional leave does not apply to individuals entitled to vacation leave exceeding 26 working days or to additional leave – 10 days – under separate regulations. If a person with a disability is entitled, under separate regulations, to additional leave of less than 10 working days, they are entitled to additional leave of 10 days due to their disability instead.
